All frames are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty against defect. This warranty covers frame breakage, hinge failure, and lens defects under normal use. It does not cover scratches, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear. For warranty claims, please contact our customer support team.

Effective Date: September 2026. We want you to love your new frames. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we make returns easy and hassle-free.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (USA)

  • ✓ Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days — $5.00 (Free on orders over $100)
  • ✓ Express Shipping: 2-3 business days — $15.00
  • ✓ Overnight Shipping: 1 business day — $25.00

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • ✓ Standard International: 7-14 business days — Rates calculated at checkout
  • ✓ Express International: 3-7 business days — Rates calculated at checkout
